Jen and Corey were introduced to me through a mutual friend, and immediately upon meeting them it was clear that they wanted to put on a no-fuss wedding in a beautiful place with their favorite people. I like to say that I am the wedding photographer for laid back couples who appreciate quality and like to have a good time; Jen and Corey are the embodiment of that idea. I am always drawn to working with couples who have a relatively simple approach to their wedding wish-list that focuses most on the experience . They were getting married at the Schlitz Audubon just north of the city of Milwaukee, which is one of the area’s unquestionable gems. Right on the lake, the Schlitz Audubon has tons of trails, ponds, trees (and birds) and is situated on the shores of the great Lake Michigan. A great place to visit for any occasion, it is especially grand for a wedding celebration. I hope you like a few of the highlights from Jen and Corey’s big day.
All photos shown were shot on a Canon RF with some vintage adapted Canon FD lenses or a Fujifilm X-H2 and an assortment of prime lenses.
